Standard Cleaning is routine upkeep cleaning of accessible surfaces in the requested areas. Deep Cleaning is a more detailed reset clean focused on buildup removal and higher-detail edges and high-touch points. Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is an empty (or mostly empty) home reset clean with deep-detail service throughout.
-
Standard Cleaning includes routine upkeep in the requested areas: dusting and wiping reachable surfaces, wiping high-touch points, kitchen surface cleaning, bathroom surface cleaning, spot-cleaning reachable interior glass as needed, vacuuming or sweeping and mopping hard floors, and emptying small bins if directed.
-
Deep Cleaning includes everything in Standard Cleaning plus more detailed edge and buildup work on accessible surfaces. This may include hand-wiping baseboards, doors, frames, and trim; detailing corners and edges; extra attention to buildup and high-touch areas; additional bathroom and kitchen detailing for buildup (within reason); and dusting or wiping reachable ceiling fans and light fixtures within safe reach.
-
Deep Cleaning is recommended for first-time service or homes with heavy buildup, but it is not mandatory unless noted during quoting. We’re happy to help you choose the right service for your home.
-
Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning is designed for an empty or mostly empty home and includes everything in Deep Cleaning plus deeper detail work throughout. This includes inside standard cabinets and closets when empty, along with more intensive kitchen and bathroom detailing for buildup and grime in accessible areas.

We provide professional cleaning services, not inspection or turnover guarantees. Cleaning results are based on the home’s condition and the agreed-upon scope of work, not third-party inspection standards.
-
We clean accessible areas only, meaning spaces we can safely reach without moving heavy furniture or handling large amounts of personal items or clutter. We clean what we can safely access within the requested areas.
-
Interior cabinet and appliance cleaning are considered Specialty Requests and are not included in Standard or Deep Cleaning unless specifically added. Cabinets and drawers must be empty for interior cleaning.

Yes. Cabinets, closets, and drawers must be empty for interior cleaning. If items are present, we can clean around them with standard exterior-only service or add a specialty request for extra time.
-
Specialty Requests are optional add-on services that add significant time or vary by home, often described as inside, high, or heavy work. These services are added separately and priced in your written quote. Starting prices assume typical conditions and safe access.
-
We spot-clean reachable interior glass (fingerprints and smudges) as part of standard services. Full interior window cleaning, window tracks, and screens are available as specialty add-ons.
-
No. For safety and liability reasons, we do not move heavy furniture or lift items beyond safe limits. We clean around items unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
